This 4 week program gives you all the tools to embrace the pregnancy and motherhood journey.

By learning how to implement mindfulness and meditation, safe exercises and baby massage techniques, you are building the habits to feel strong and empowered in order to take care of yourself and take care of your baby.

Week per week, we will focus on each pillars that will help you be the best person you can, and discover how to take care of yourself and your baby.

  • Yes, of course. The Pilates and Meditation classes are suitable for any level and will be adjusted according to your level and feeling on the day.

  • As long as you are feeling good, then yes, you can exercise. It is always better to talk to your GP before starting any fitness program.

  • This is really up to you and how you feel. You can exercise until the very last day of your pregnancy if your body and your mind allows it.
