You can exercise while pregnant!
During this class, I will guide you to exercise safely for you and your baby. We will use props like cushions, blankets, bolsters, yoga blocks… and anything that will make you comfortable.
We will change position if one does not feel right, we will focus on maintaining your strength and mobility to be able to move around more easily, and dare I say, Put all chance on your side to move around more freely while giving birth.
What is the goal?
Yes, it is to get you to move your body, but it is mainly to get you to connect with it and be friends with your changing body.
Understand how it feels, and what you need, and moving accordingly during the session and throughout the day.
