You decided to click on the website, so congratulations on taking back ownership in what’s coming in front of your eyes.

I have decided that for the next 6 months (hopefully more), I will cut social media from my life, starting January 2026.

I have felt drained by social media the past few years. Seeing things I don’t really want to see, reaching for my phone to scroll when I have a down time, or when I am with my kids… So this stops now.

I still want to share things, but on my own terms.

Write things without AI, so it won’t be perfect, but the point is to improve. So welcome to the journey of slowing down and be in control of what comes into my life.
